Account Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate your account without notice if WhatsApp policies are violated Disable services in case of excessive user blocks or complaints Terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or legal risks 7. Pricing & Payments Pricing is as per the agreed plan and WhatsApp conversation charges. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Failure to make timely payments may lead to service suspension. 8. Data Privacy & Security User data is handled as per applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or misuse customer data. You are responsible for compliance with data protection regulations when using the service. 9. Limitation of Liability We act as a service provider and are not responsible for business losses, delivery delays, or WhatsApp downtime. WhatsApp has sole authority to approve, restrict, or suspend any business number. 10. Service Modifications We reserve the right to: Update, modify, or discontinue services at any time Change Terms & Conditions with or without prior notice Continued usage signifies acceptance of updated terms. 11.
